CNE 2009

The Limber Gunners assisted 7th Toronto Regiment, RCA with the finale to the 1812 Overture on August 21 and 22, 2009 as part of the Canadian Forces Musical Salute. A total of 17 rounds were fired. It must have been impressive when the 4 guns fired a Battery Right at 4 second intervals. Even with an aging gun crew (average age about 65) we were ready for our second round when it was our time to fire. Thanks to Paul K. for the pictures.
